Monroe Consulting Group is currently recruiting on behalf of one of the world’s leading personal health care companies. Our respected client is seeking a sales expert to fill the position of Business Development Executive, to be based in Palu, Indonesia. The winning candidate will report directly to the Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities:
Set effective and proper development strategies to enhance the company’s business performance in Palu
Achievement of area sales-out, distribution, merchandising and business development targets through multipledistributors
Preparing optimum plan for all supervisors and merchandisers, controlling them so as to have efficient and proactive colleagues
Routine field visits to monitor the performance of the field forces
Conduct regular reviews
Identify development needs within field force and inform ASM to plan training
Conduct regular coaching/training
Guiding and motivating all employees and evaluate performances
Ensure marketing plan implemented in assigned region
Provide monthly feedback to RSM on execution of marketing and sales activities as well as competitor activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (min.)
5-7 years’experience with fast-moving consumer goods company
Fluent English, both verbal and written
Strong communication skills
Formulating trade plans to increase sales volume
Proven successful track record in sales
Strong people-management skills
Experience in training programs and team building
Can drive others to succeed through motivation, rewards and punishments
Result oriented
Must be based in, or is willing to relocate to Palu and preferably has a wide network of contacts in area
